"Sanavin" corrects excess of acidity in wines. It does not bring bitter or unpleasant tastes giving instead freshness to the wine, bring out the organoleptic characteristics. Does not alter the original colors of the wine.
DOSAGE: from 150 to 200 gr / hl with preventive tests, considering that 110 gr / hl of SANAVIN reduces the equivalent of 1 gr / lt of tartaric acid (EU limit).
USE: Add slowly to the wine under stirring.
